About Us

The Themed Entertainment Association at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) is a club for aspiring theme park designers, engineers, and creators. All majors are welcome! Conveniently situated in Southern California, members of this club are based near critically-acclaimed world-class experiences and have a deep understanding of themed entertainment.

TEA at UCSD’s main goal is to further develop its members’ creative and professional skills through educational projects, guided tours, and competitive skill-based competitions. These have included a 6 foot animatronic spider, first place in multiple international competitions, and our largest project, the annual halloween maze!
